Interactive Scheduling of Virtual Power Plants and Distribution Grids Considering Uncertainty Constraints
With the continuous improvement of new energy utilization technology, the interactive integration of new energy generation and distribution networks has become an important research direction, and virtual power plants are one of the critical research contents. The uncertainty of power-side generation in virtual power plants often brings risk to the virtual power plant's participation in distribution grid scheduling. In this paper, the economic models of the internal components of the virtual power plant - power-side micro-units, storage resources, and load resources - are constructed, respectively. The total generation cost is proposed as the objective function for its participation in distribution grid scheduling. At the same time, considering the uncertainty constraints, the conditional risk value is added to the objective function as a risk metric, which provides a reference for the virtual power plant operators and realizes the optimal allocation of resources. The effectiveness of the model is finally verified through simulation experiments.
