Optimal Dispatching for Integrated Energy System Considering Multiple Pathways to Hydrogen and Uncertainty of Renewable Energy
This paper proposes an optimal dispatching strategy for the hydrogen-containing integrated energy system (HIES) that considers wind and photovoltaic power uncertainty as well as multiple pathways for hydrogen production. Firstly, an integrated energy system model coupling electricity, heat and hydrogen is established, in which green and blue hydrogen are produced by electrolyzer and natural gas respectively, and the hydrogen production equipment is modeled in a refined way. Secondly, the kernel density estimation and Copula method are used to establish the combined probability distribution of wind and photovoltaic power, and multiple scenarios are generated to characterize their uncertainty. Then, the ratio of green and blue hydrogen supply and the operating status of each equipment are optimized with the objective function of minimizing the total operating cost of the system considering carbon trading. Finally, a case study verifies that the proposed dispatching strategy has economic and low-carbon effects and can achieve efficient and synchronized use of green and blue hydrogen.
