Neuro-Humanoid-Twin: Empowering Neurodiversity in Teams and at the Workplace Through Digital Twins and Digital Human Models
This vision paper explores the potential of digital twins (DTs) and digital human models (DHMs) for designing inclusive workplaces. To address the growing trend of companies hiring neurodivergents to tackle the skills shortage, the concept of the neuro-humanoid-twin is introduced. Workshops and surveys were conducted with neurodivergents to identify their specific needs and create a comprehensive database for the DT. The neuro-humanoid-twin is designed to support managers by providing valuable insights into the neurodivergent perspective, ultimately enhancing social interaction and empowering inclusivity in the workplace.
