Coordinated Low-Carbon Scheduling Strategy for Multiple Virtual Power Plants Considering Carbon-Electricity-Green Certificate Trading
With the rapid development of renewable energy, virtual power plant (VPP) has become a research hotspot as an effective management form for aggregating distributed resources. The coordinated scheduling strategy of multiple VPPs aims to improve the flexibility and reliability of the power systems by integrating the resources of different types of VPPs in different regions. This paper proposes a coordinated low-carbon dispatch strategy considering multiple VPPs carbon-electricity-green certificate transaction. Firstly, carbon and green certificate transaction mechanisms are established. Secondly, considering the complementarity of different VPP resources, a coordinated scheduling strategy considering multi-VPPs internal carbon-electricity-green certificate peer-to-peer trading is constructed. Through the case study, comparing the two operation modes of VPP cooperation and non-cooperation, it shows that multi-VPPs coordination and mutual assistance can contribute to a more economical and low-carbon system.
