Analysis and Comparison of Optimization Effects of Inverter Voltage Control Strategies in Distribution Network
This paper summarizes three local control strategies for photovoltaic inverters and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each local control strategy. Firstly, we introduce the power flow equations, inverter model and related constraints. Then the three local control curves, <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\boldsymbol{Q}- \boldsymbol{V}, \boldsymbol{P}_{\boldsymbol{curt}} \boldsymbol{V},\ \boldsymbol{Q}-\boldsymbol{P}$</tex> are expressed as segmented linear functions. Finally, an IEEE-33 system and the variability index is introduced to compare the results of voltage regulation in the distribution network. The result shows that all three control strategies are effective in improving the over-voltage and under-voltage problems and the <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\boldsymbol{Q}-\boldsymbol{V}$</tex> control strategy has the best improvement.
