Research on the Simulation Operation of Wind, Solar, Thermal and Energy Storage Bases Based on Improved Bee Colony Algorithm
Focusing on the problem of how to realize the large-scale development of resources and the maximum utilization of clean energy in the large-scale wind power and photovoltaic base of Shagehuang equipped with thermal power, energy storage and other regulated power sources, this paper mainly improves the bee colony algorithm based on heuristic methods, so as to improve the convergence speed and accuracy of the algorithm, realize the efficient global optimization and solution of a long series of multi-objective and multi-objective solutions, and provide a solution for the optimization of the multi-energy complementary simulation and operation of the Shagehuang base. Firstly, the simulation operation model of wind-solar-thermal storage is constructed, and the improved bee colony algorithm integrating heuristic constraint processing and heuristic output correction strategy is used to solve the model, and the joint operation mode of each power supply of the wind-solar-thermal storage system under a given installed scale is determined and optimized. Then, the model was verified by taking the Shagehuang base in a certain region of Northwest China as a case to determine the feasibility of the model. The results show that the improved swarm algorithm based on heuristics can start from the whole long series of simulation periods, take the target optimization as the guide, make full use of the regulation ability of thermal power, energy storage and other power sources, and further improve the economic benefits of the system.
