A Hierarchical Collaborative Optimization Strategy for Integrated Energy Systems
A hierarchical and distributed coordination control method is proposed for integrated energy systems, considering the characteristics of multi-energy flow coupling and complementarity. Under regular operation, both the upper-level park and lower-level user control systems aim to minimize operational costs by optimizing their resources. When the park's load peak exceeds limits, the upper-level system targets minimal total peak shaving cost, coordinating direct control resources within the park and demand response resources from users to achieve comprehensive peak reduction, thus facilitating a friendly interaction with the power grid. The effectiveness and correctness of the proposed method are validated through an actual industrial park case study.
