Research on Key Technology of Transformer Partial Discharge Detection Based on Ultrasonic-UHF Fusion Sensor
In consideration of the limitations associated with single partial discharge detection in transformers, this study examined the propagation characteristics of typical defect partial discharge signals within transformers. It also explored differentiated and complementary application methods for fiber optic ultrasonic and ultra high frequency (UHF) partial discharge sensing techniques to detect internal defects. Furthermore, a method was proposed to enhance the reliability of integrated ultrasonic-UHF sensor in transformer oil and electromagnetic field environments by analyzing the spatial and temporal distribution of both partial discharge and interference signals.
