Piperplot and Multivariance Scutiny of mixing and curing water on interlocking fired bricks in Northern Nigeria
This research is centered around the theory of interlocking fired bricks improvement using the method of agro-municipal waste stabilization. Clay samplings were obtained from 3 sites where the samplings were prominent in Abuja – Nigeria, stabilized with 3 diverse waste; waste lactose (WL), eggshell ash (ESA) and waste paper ash (WPA), before scrutinized for physicochemical and strength parameters by means of standard techniques and the results acquired were compared with EURO and ACI standard as well as subjected to variability analysis. The chemical investigation reveals clearly that the clay samples have calcium, alumina and silica as vital materials and others in lesser quantities. This investigation indeed ascertains the fluctuation in percentage amount of moisture available in the clay samplings. For numerous clay soils, the quantities of water are enormously significant index utilized for instituting the connexion between the manner a soil performs and its physiognomies. Atterberg limit scrutiny illustrates that both samples Gwagwalada and Abaji have low plasticity, while only Kuje has intermediate plasticity. Multivariance outcome ascertain that pH was extremely significant at 0.857, whereas calcium was the lowest with value of 0.010. Piperplot analysis demonstrated that bulk of the samplings (72.91%; 3 GW used on 3 clay materials) ascribed to Ca2+-Mg2+-Cl--SO4 2-or otherwise labelled arena 1, indicating the ascendancy of alkaline earths over alkali, that is Na+K < Ca+Mg, as well as resilient acidic anions above fragile acidic anions
