Research on the Quantitative Evaluation Model of Information Resource Support Capability for Underwater Equipment
Information resource support capability is a measure of the potential performance of underwater equipment. Objective and accurate quantitative evaluation results are of great significance for making scientific decisions during key activities in the lifecycle of underwater equipment. To address issues such as incomplete coverage of indicators and high uncertainty in indicator weights in the evaluation of information resource support capability, a construction approach for the evaluation indicator system based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is proposed. Additionally, an improved gray relational analysis method is used to determine indicator weights. Taking a specific type of underwater submersible as an example, the feasibility of the method is verified, providing methodological support for the quantitative evaluation of the information resource support capability of underwater equipment.
