Measuring the Level of LMS (Web) User Satisfaction among XYZ University Students Using the modified EUCS Method
Following the pandemic, the need for distant learning interrupted the teaching and learning process, resulting in numerous adjustments. The phenomenon has an impact on learning activities, encouraging lecturers to be more innovative in their teaching ways. This study looked at the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities using an LMS (Learning Management System) by analyzing the level of satisfaction among XYZ University students, utilizing the End-User Computing satisfaction (EUCS) model with a slight modification as a framework. The EUCS model, encompassing factors like Accuracy, Content, Ease of Use, Format, and Timeliness, is presented as the tool to measure user satisfaction. The factor of System Speed and Security is also used in this research to further examine user satisfaction. The methodology section details the sample selection process and survey instrument development based on the EUCS model.
