Privacy-Preserving Dynamic Resource Allocation for Vehicle-Pile-Grid Systems Based Homomorphic Encryption

In vehicle-pile-grid collaborative operations, achieving data sharing and resource optimization is crucial for enhancing system efficiency and user experience. However, privacy protection and data security issues severely limit efficient collaboration among multiple stakeholders. This paper proposes a dynamic resource allocation strategy based on homomorphic encryption, enabling the integration of privacy protection and resource optimization through encrypted domain computations. By integrating a dynamic resource allocation model, the strategy considers multiple constraints such as user demands, grid load, and charging pile capacity, and builds a distributed computing framework for cross-stakeholder collaboration. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method excels in resource allocation efficiency, security, and user satisfaction, providing a reliable technical foundation for collaborative operations in vehicle-pile-grid systems.
