Integrated Drive Board Detection System Based on STM32
To address the low detection efficiency, difficulty in setting up the detection environment, and complexity of the detection process for LAMOST fiber positioning robot drive boards, an integrated drive board detection system based on STM32 has been designed. The system uses a RL circuit to simulate the working environment of the drive board, collects the drive signals using a current sampling module, and employs a programmable touch screen for human-machine interaction. The RL circuit simulates the three-phase windings of a brushless DC motor, the current sampling module samples current on the RL circuit, and the touch screen is used to start the detection system and display the results. Finally, the system program was developed using the Keil development software. Experimental results show that the detection system has a compact structure, is easy to move, and can complete the functional detection of two drive boards within 30 seconds, significantly improving the detection efficiency of LAMOST fiber positioning robot drive boards.
