LAS JUVENTUDES COMO UN ACTOR SOCIAL COLECTIVO Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LAS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS EN ARGENTINA
This article is based on the understanding of environmental youth as a collective social actor with an impact on public policies, influenced by processes such as the environmentalization of social conflicts and the impact of the Greta Thunberg effect on the climate justice movement, with specific characteristics of Argentina and local characteristics of the Province of La Pampa. The methodological approach used in this study employs a qualitative design based on the review and analysis of social networks, specialized literature and semi-structured interviews. These techniques allow us to capture both the discursive dynamics present in networks and the direct experiences of youth actors. The chosen time frame, between 2020 and 2022, has as empirical reference the emergence of the Asamblea La Pampa por el Ambiente and its period of greatest activity, characterized by a wide range of proposals and activities sustained throughout the time analyzed.
