Research on the stochastic vertical vibration characteristics of the coupled high-speed train vehicle system
The vibration and noise issues in railway vehicles have gained significant attention in recent years. The environment variations and manufacturing errors introduce significant uncertainties in the vehicle suspension parameters, influencing both vibration levels and ride quality of the railway vehicle. Based on the energy method, the vertical dynamic model of the coupling system consisting of bogie, carbody, and car seat is established, which takes into account the uncertainty of suspension. The model is used to analyze vibration responses, ride quality, and sensitivity of the vehicle. The numerical results indicate that suspension uncertainties significantly affect vertical random vibrations and vertical ride quality. Moreover, the sensitivity of the vertical vibration response of the railway vehicle to suspension parameters varies significantly across different frequency ranges, which will guide the design optimization of the railway vehicle. This study offers valuable insights for the dynamic analysis and optimization design of the railway vehicle.
