Assessment of business continuity risks of metallurgical industry organizations

The article presents trends and forecasts, assessment of threats and prospects for the development of the metallurgical sector of the Russian Federation. The key external and internal factors of the development of this industry have been identified. The following marketing research tools were used in the work: PESTEL analysis, BCG matrix, Porter's Five Forces analysis and SWOT analysis. A financial analysis was carried out, which allowed us to test the theory of the continuity of activity of companies in the metallurgical sector of the Russian Federation.
