Torque Ripple Suppression Strategy Based on Quasi-Resonant Active Disturbance Rejection Control for PM/RHR-DSLSSM
Due to the influence of slot torque, flux harmonic, current sensor measurement error, inverter dead zone effect and other factors, the stator current of permanent magnet/reluctance hybrid rotor double stator low speed synchronous motor (PM/RHR-DSLSSM) contains a large number of harmonic disturbances of different frequencies, which interact with the magnetic field of the rotor permanent magnet and cause the motor to produce torque ripple. To solve this problem, a vector control method of based on quasi-resonant active disturbance rejection controller (QRADRC) is proposed in this paper. This method retains the ability of traditional ADRC to suppress aperitional disturbance, while the QRADRC adopted in this paper expands the bandwidth of the observer at a specific frequency in ADRC to improve the ability of suppressing periodic disturbance. Therefore, the proposed method can suppress the stator current aperiodic and periodic harmonic disturbances at the same time to achieve the purpose of suppressing the torque ripple, and improve the dynamic performance of the system. Finally, by theoretical analysis and simulation verification of the harmonic suppression capability of the proposed control method, compared with the traditional ADRC strategy, the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method are proved.
