Vibration Suppression Method in Flexible Loads Motor Drives System Based on Speed Feedback Resonance Filter
The flexible transmission load in the servo drive system will excite system resonance. Adding a notch filter (NF) in the speed loop is a common vibration suppression method. However, the phase lag brought by NF will cause the current response to be delayed, thereby deteriorating the current loop performance. This article designs a speed feedback resonance filter, which operates in the feedback channel. Compared with NT, the proposed filter not only completes the suppression of oscillation, but also ensures the rapidity of the current response. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm was verified on the two-mass experimental platform.
