Step-Down Therapy Using Vonoprazan for Giant Gastric Polyps in Long-Term Proton Pump Inhibitor Administration
We experienced a case in which minimal acid-suppression treatment and step-down therapy using vonoprazan resulted in GERD symptom control and significant gastric polyp shrinkage.
