BIOMARKERS OF CARDIOVASCULAR RISK AND PLATELET ACTIVITY ON THE BACKGROUND OF HYDROGEN SULFIDE IN CARDIOVASCULAR PATHOLOGY

Currently, there is no consensus on the role of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in the regulation of platelet functions and the development of thrombosis. Objective: to evaluate the relationship of biomarkers with indicators of platelet aggregation against the background of hydrogen sulfide action in patients with coronary heart disease.Materials and methods. The study included 22 patients with coronary heart disease. Patients were divided into two groups. Biomarkers were determined by multiplex analysis. Platelet aggregation activity was studied turbodimetrically. Results and discussion. In group 1, only the concentration of FABP4 was increased compared to group 2. Concentrations of BNP, CK-MB, LIGHT, interferon (IFN)α2, chemokine (CCL3)-MIP-1α, platelet growth factors PDGF-AA and PDGF-AB/BB were significantly higher in group 2 patients. Multiple correlations were found between platelet aggregation indices against the background of preincubation with sodium hydrosulfide with concentrations of biomarkers in both groups. Conclusion: It was revealed that patients with CHD group 2 had higher concentrations of biomarkers of hypoxic damage and myocardial dysfunction, endothelial dysfunction, plaque instability and platelet activation. In group 1 of patients with coronary heart disease, the concentration of FABP4 is increased.
