TECHNOLOGICAL AND THERMAL PROCESSES OF EVAPORATION STATION AT SUGAR PLANTS
The analysis of the interaction between technological and thermal processes at sugar plants results in the task of describing these processes within the framework of individual key production stations. From this perspective, the character of the flow of technological processes is that of their sequential execution from station to station, while the flow of thermal or heat and mass exchange processes is of a much more complex simultaneous character. The construction of a general neighborhood model of the technological process and of the thermal processes executed in an evaporator plant makes it possible to better understand the structure of the interrelationship of the two types of processes.
