The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a literature review to gather insights. The findings suggest that the adoption of digital payment systems at Kiddy Playland has significantly improved transaction convenience and security, leading to increased customer satisfaction. Additionally, digital payment systems provide real-time transaction monitoring, which helps prevent fraud and mismanagement. Promotional strategies, such as discounts for digital payment users, further boost transaction volume, although they come with financial risks that need careful management. This study offers valuable insights for businesses in the children's entertainment sector on how to optimize cost management through digital payments. The research highlights the positive impact of these systems on business operations, customer trust, and overall cost efficiency.
