Research on Lean Six Sigma application in intelligent automobile enterprises in the context of industrial internet
In the era of intelligent automobiles, companies face increasing challenges in production and management. The traditional management approach is no longer effective in a competitive, standardized market with high market demand. Lean Six Sigma, a new management philosophy, has been proven to reduce operating costs, improve production efficiency, and enhance product quality in numerous listed companies. This paper leverages the integration of manufacturing and information technology in the industrial internet era, applying Lean's 6S improvement and visualization concepts, along with the DMAIC model from Six Sigma, to improve and apply research on automaker F. The study deeply analyzes F's on-site management and explores strategies to boost production efficiency and product quality. By identifying and addressing F's site and quality management issues, the research aims to develop a program that continuously improves Company F's operations, offering a model for other intelligent manufacturing enterprises to follow and adopt Lean Six Sigma practices.
