Study on the interactive relationship between rural roads and agricultural economic development
As an important infrastructure in rural areas, rural roads are the prerequisite and foundation for rural economic development. This study takes the data of rural roads and economic growth in Jiangsu Province from 2000 to 2022 as an example, and analyzed the interactive effect between rural road mileage and economic growth from the static and dynamic perspectives using ADF test, co-integration test, Granger causality test, and VARmodel analysis. The results show that rural road construction has a one-way promotion effect on rural economic growth, and may have long-term and sustained effects on agricultural growth.
