Variability of coordination abilities indicators in acrobats of different gender and age categories under the influence of loads during a control training session
The results of determining and analyzing the variability of coordination abilities indicators (with an emphasis on vestibular stability) during the preparatory and competitive periods of the annual training cycle under the influence of various loads in a control training session are presented. The preservation of balance function involves the integral mobilization of systems such as the vestibular, sensorimotor, auditory, and visual systems. The aim of this study is to identify and analyze the features of changes in coordination abilities (with an emphasis on vestibular stability) during the preparatory and competitive periods of the annual training cycle under the influence of various loads during a control training session. The study presents the results of research comparing the coordination abilities of acrobats of different genders (ages 9-11, 12-16, and 23 years) before and after a control training session (during the preparatory period). Statistically significant differences were found in the test results before and after training for acrobats of different genders across all age groups. The study of fatigue and overtraining in acrobat athletes through vestibular response analysis, where the duration of balance function was measured by analyzing load volumes, showed a significant decrease in the time to maintain balance after intensive training loads and during fatigue in all athletes in the sample. The functional state of the vestibular analyzer of acrobats was assessed before and after the control training session, revealing that different load volumes lead to different changes in vestibular response stability. Approximately 50 training sessions with varying load volumes were analyzed across different age categories and stages of long-term preparation. The analysis showed a relationship between changes in the test results and the training load volumes. The research revealed changes in coordination abilities after training sessions with loads of various magnitudes. The identification of the average load (depending on age, gender, sport qualification, and training stage) at which the duration of balance remains unchanged or slightly increases (up to 10%) will be considered the optimal load for upcoming training sessions. The interrelationship between coordination, changes in vestibular stability, and varying training loads is an important aspect that can influence the achievement of high competition results in acrobatics.
