Development of strength endurance for effective training in weight lifting sports
The paper examines the issues of endurance development during the training process in kettlebell sport by means of general physical and special training. Organization and formation of loads, use of technical elements and exercises to improve sports form according to sports qualification and training period. According to its specificity, kettlebell sport can be attributed to cyclic sports, which is based on lifting kettlebells the maximum number of times for a given (10 min.) period of time from a standing position. To perform competitive exercises, a kettlebell athlete needs the physical qualities of strength and endurance. Physical endurance is of great importance for human life, because it allows: to maintain a high level of intensity of motor activity for a long time; to perform a significant amount of work; to quickly restore strength after loads. An analysis of coaching activities, a generalization of scientific, educational and methodological literature on the organization and conduct of training sessions. Endurance is the reverse side of fatigue. Endurance in relation to a specific type of motor activity (including production) is called special. Among the special types of endurance, the most important are speed, strength and coordination. A sport aimed at developing strength endurance is complex and, in particular, interesting, first for the idea of the correct and progressive technique and subsequently for its development. The versatility of the strength endurance sport consists not only in the ability to perform any loads, but also in the fact that people who do not have clearly expressed qualities of strength or endurance, but with proper training have the opportunity to achieve high results. And this balance is suitable for those who have a tendency to strength, compensating for greater loads on endurance and vice versa. In addition to all these physical qualities, a very important aspect is the psychological and volitional development of the personality. Since during prolonged work with loads, processes of excitement and relaxation occur, and such balance strengthens the balance with patience. In sports life, being well-rounded, strong, resilient, and having a fighting spirit is a very important characteristic when it comes to organizing training and competitive activities in weightlifting.
