Optimization of training loads of beginner athletes specializing in bodybuilding

The problem of finding effective mechanisms for optimizing training requirement in bodybuilding is one of the most important due to the multifactorial nature of this process. It is based on the understanding of the individual characteristics of the functional capabilities of the athletes' body. The relevance of this problem lies in the current times: individualization of training. Physiological characteristics of an athlete, such as muscle composition, genetic propensity for hypertrophy, fluidity and level of vitality, significantly influence the reaction to training loads; the stages ofathlete training. Training programs can cover the stage of preparation (basic, competitive, mid-season) to ensure maximum effectiveness; contradictory approaches to training. In modern bodybuilding, there are many different training methods (volume- intensive, high-volume, strength split programs), but there is no clear consensus on the optimal approach to achieve specific results. The purpose of the study is to experimentally substantiate the effectiveness of multi-repetitive exercises for gaining muscle mass in bodybuilding. Research methods: analysis and generalization of special scientific and methodical literature and Internet data, study and generalization of the pedagogical experience of coaches in training athletes specializing in bodybuilding, pedagogical observation and experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. The data obtained during the study indicate that the use of a set of exercises based on the principle of multiple repetitions in the training process of athletes has a positive effect on the increase in muscle mass of bodybuilders. It should also be noted that the process of optimizing training loads in bodybuilding requires a systematic approach that takes into account both the individual characteristics of the athlete and modern scientific developments. The use of training programs in bodybuilding, which take into account the individual functional capabilities of the athletes' body, is one of the primary issues of improving the strength training system. This approach allows you to achieve maximum results, reduce the risk of injuries and avoid overtraining.
