Justification of the Physical Sports Rehabilitation Program for Middle School-Aged Girls with Grade II Scoliosis in Fitness Centers

This research presents the development of a physical sports rehabilitation program for middle school-aged girls with Grade II scoliosis. The program integrates a variety of physical exercises, massage techniques, elements of choreography, and "Hatha Yoga" practices, aiming to improve the physical condition of the children and correct spinal deformities. The primary objectives of the program are to strengthen the muscles of the back and abdominal core, enhance posture, improve overall physical strength and endurance, and train the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. The program is also designed to address psychological recovery and emotional well-being, providing a holistic approach to rehabilitation. The rehabilitation process is tailored to the individual needs of each child, taking into account their physical capabilities, and it includes exercises for general physical conditioning, corrective posture training, and breathing techniques. Moreover, the program emphasizes proper body alignment, flexibility, coordination, and relaxation. By integrating methods from both physical therapy and yoga, it fosters the development of motor skills, muscle coordination, and the prevention of further scoliosis progression. This rehabilitation approach contributes to the overall well-being of children, promoting long-term health benefits and preventing the exacerbation of scoliosis symptoms. The research highlights the importance of individualized treatment plans and the role of physical activity in managing and preventing the progression of scoliosis in young patients.
