Human occupational hyperthermia when performing exercises of different modalities
The purpose of the article - in many cases, a person performs work at a comfortable temperature (T) of the environment, but, as we see from observations, symptoms appear that indicate a load on the mechanisms of the T regulation system. And often, hyperthermia develops in the body. This increase in T of the "core" of the body, which is caused only by performing physical activity, is called work hyperthermia. Below are the data of those studies that were devoted to the study of changes in human thermoregulation under conditions of muscular work and the influence of work hyperthermia on the functional state of the human body. The purpose of the study: to determine how the body temperature of students and athletes changes under the influence of various physical activities. Research results: the data of various researchers on the magnitude of work hyperthermia observed in representatives of various physical activities in model and natural studies are presented below, which prompted us to conduct our own research in order to identify the limits of work hyperthermia observed in several sports in natural conditions of training and competitions. Conclusion: the increase in body weight in athletes during training was accompanied not only by an increase in special performance indicators, but also by an adequate restructuring of functional activity according to ECG indicators and regulatory mechanisms of cardiac activity, which did not go beyond physiological norms.
