The influence of out-of-training stimulation and restoration measures on the functional state and reserve capacities of the body of rowing athletes
Modern academic rowing is characterized by a significant intensification of competitive activity, which makes the development and use of out-of-training means to stimulate mobilization and recovery processes particularly relevant. In such conditions, the key factor in effective training is the restoration of the rowers' ability to realize their energy and motor potential, which, in turn, creates the preconditions for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their competitive activities. The article shows the possibility of comprehensive use of extra-training means of stimulation and restoration of working capacity in the training process in the basic mesocycle of the preparatory period of the annual cycle of rowers' training. The complex of extra-training means included two types of influences: massage techniques with exercises with forced stretching and breathing exercises with resistance on exhalation. The study involved 10 rowers who had the 1st adult category and a candidate for master of sports with 4-5 years of training experience. The assessment of hemodynamics and variational pulse rate indicators of rowers was carried out using express diagnostics D&K-TEST, which allowed determining the indicators of the functional state and reserve capabilities of the athletes' body. It was established that the indicators of the body's energy capabilities improved, but in the athletes of the experimental group these changes were more pronounced. It was found that the use of extra-training means in the basic mesocycle program of rowers has a positive effect on their functional state, reserve capabilities and regulatory properties.
