Application of kinesiology in fitness and health-forming activity

The article examines the methodological and practical aspects of using kinesiology tools in order to increase the efficiency of the professional activity of physical culture and sports specialists. An analysis of modern areas of kinesiology is carried out, their impact on the physical condition and health of the body is determined. Thus, applied (clinical) kinesiology is important for optimizing human movement patterns, identifying dysfunctions, pathological asymmetry and weak links of the musculoskeletal system. Through the use of specialized tests and methods for assessing the functional state of the musculoskeletal system, applied kinesiology contributes to the development of personalized fitness training programs that take into account individual physical characteristics, level of training, and potential risks. Sports kinesiology in the practical activities of a fitness and health-forming specialist is used to assess motor functions, which includes analyzing posture and gait, testing muscle strength and flexibility, determining the amplitude of movements in the joints, as well as assessing coordination and balance. According to educational kinesiology, body movements stimulate different areas of the brain, contributing to the development of cognitive functions, improving memory, attention and concentration. Kinesiology exercises aimed at developing balance and coordination also play an important role in improving interhemispheric interaction. Ontokinesiology studies the development of human motor functions throughout life, therefore it is an important tool in the development of individual training programs taking into account the age characteristics of clients. The main recommendations for the implementation of these areas of kinesiology in the training and health-forming process are outlined.
