First, it was found that the higher the collective self-esteem, the higher the self-efficacy and psychological well-being, and the higher the self-efficacy, the lower the psychological well-being. This shows that collective self-esteem in correctional facilities results in increased individual self-efficacy at work, so it is important to prioritize groups over individuals in correctional welfare facilities. The significance of these research results is that they can help establish policies and practical guidelines for members working in correctional welfare facilities.
