136P Circulating tumor cell in osteosarcoma patients: A novel isolation protocol
type, the negative association of PPI use on treatment response was not significant.Additionally, there was statistically significant negative association between the use PPIs and adverse events (p < 0.05). Conclusions:We demonstrated that the concomitant use of PPIs at baseline with pazopanib in patients affected by STS is associated with a detrimental effect on OS and response to treatment. However, results show a potential protective effect of PPIs against adverse events. The potential drug-drug interaction between PPIs and pazopanib warrants careful consideration in treatment planning and patient management to optimize therapeutic efficacy, safety and outcomes.
