Disseminated Granulomatous Disease – A Diagnostic and Therapeutic Challenge : A case study
Disseminated granulomatous diseases, especially in TB-endemic regions, pose diagnostic challenges due to overlapping features with sarcoidosis. This case report highlights a 52-year-old woman managed with anti-tubercular therapy and corticosteroids after extensive investigations. The favorable outcome underscores the need for comprehensive diagnostics and tailored treatment in such cases.
