Теоретико-методологические особенности исследования истории уголовно-правовой охраны духовно-нравственных ценностей

Historical and legal analysis of criminal and legal protection of traditional Russian spiritual and moral values requires clarification and development of the methodological foundations of criminal law. As a promising epistemological position, it is necessary to recognize the possibilities of socio-cultural understanding of law and civilizational logic of the historical process. They allow us to recognize: the presence of a unique set of value ideas that identify the Russian state as an independent civilization; the presence of eternal dynamics of civilizational Russian values while preserving their value core; understanding the inextricable connection of the dynamics of values, their emergence, selection, development and preservation, with the history of the Russian state and criminal law.
