The article analyzes the nationality clauses in Russian sports, its impact on the labor rights of athletes. According to the author, nationality clauses doesn't violate the labor rights of foreign athletes, but acts as an exhibition of public differentiation of labor rights. At the same time, the current nationality clauses unlawfully restrict the labor rights of Russian athletes. The author has formulated proposals to eliminate the shortcomings of the nationality clauses in Russian sport and improve it.
