Ценностные различия командира в зависимости от выбранной ролевой модели в процессе выполнения служебно-боевых задач

The article examines the value differences of a commander depending on the chosen role model in the process of performing service and combat tasks. It has been established that the most effective roles for cadets in solving simulated service and combat situations are the role of a father, reflecting the principle of leadership and commitment to the traditions and symbols of the military collective, and the role of a hero, which is a guarantee of survival in an extreme situation. The role model of a hero to the greatest extent reflects the role of a serviceman striving for personal success in accordance with the standards of military-professional activity. The results of the study showed that when solving complex service and combat tasks associated with personnel injuries, in the process of interaction, servicemen exchange values that become personally significant for them, are built into the personality structure and determine role behavior. In turn, in the process of role interaction, specified by certain role models, servicemen implement very specific values, which are actualized in their military-professional activity.
