Особенности интеллектуальной сферы и социальной адаптации трудовых мигрантов

The authors of the article substantiate the need for cultural and social adaptation of labor migrants taking into account their personal potential. The article describes and interprets the results of a psychodiagnostic study of intellectual characteristics and socio-psychological adaptive resources and abilities of labor migrants. Intellectual characteristics are interpreted by the parameters: «free», «coherent» and general level of intelligence; and adaptive characteristics: adaptation / maladaptation, emotional comfort / discomfort, internal / external control, dominance / follower, escapism, behavioral regulation (BR) / NPU, communicative potential (CP), moral normativity (MP), personal adaptation potential (PAP). The research results described in the article allow developing programs for psychological, social and cultural adaptation and integration of labor migrants.
