Organizational basis for weightlifting in rural areas
One of the main tasks of the state is to provide citizens with the opportunity to engage in sports and involve all segments of the population in sports activities of all populated areas. It should be noted that in rural areas, this activity is quite simple to organize from the point of view of determining priorities in choosing the sports that most of the population wants to engage in, since there is an opportunity to monitor the opinions of citizens. Analyzing the results of surveys of rural residents, we can say with confidence that one of the main sports that they would like to do is weightlifting. This is especially true for young and middle-aged men, i.e. the most productive part of the population. Thus, it is obvious that weightlifting also helps to fulfill their job responsibilities, since agricultural production involves a large number of heavy types of work associated with carrying weights and performing various technological operations. In this sport, exercises with weights predominate, so it has the greatest impact on the body in the development of the musculoskeletal system and muscle strength. In weightlifting, exercises are performed with a barbell, weighted kettlebells and special block systems. For rural workers who often face various physical loads, developing strength endurance is especially important. Weightlifting is one of the sports that can bring significant benefits to health and physical development. Organizing weightlifting classes in rural areas requires a comprehensive approach, including competent training planning, constant monitoring of health, and a high-quality material and technical base.
