Construction of Early Warning Mechanism and Application Model of Electronic Health Prescriptions for Brucella Infection Patients
Brucellosis in China often occurs in the northern and some southern regions, especially with high incidence in the northwest, northeast, and Inner Mongolia. Brucellosis occurs more frequently in rural areas than in urban ones, and shows clustered incidences in specific areas. Based on this, we analyzed the symptoms, complications, and early - warning factors of brucellosis patients through on-site investigations, literature research, expert consultations and so on. Subsequently, we constructed a hierarchical early-warning mechanism and eight types of health education prescriptions applicable for brucellosis. These eight types of health prescriptions include nutritional diet, scientific exercise, psychological stress reduction, tobacco and alcohol control, traditional Chinese medicine conditioning, rational drug use, disease care, and rehabilitation management. We simultaneously designed an application model of electronic health education prescriptions for brucellosis patients, incorporating business functions for both the doctor - side and the resident-side.
