Design of Wind & Solar Laptop Mobile Charging Station for Rural Areas

The renewable energy system presented in this paper is intended for rural locations and combines solar and wind power generation to provide dependable laptop and mobile phone charging. A 12V, 24W solar panel and a 10 RPM motor that doubles as a wind generator are used in the system to capture solar and wind energy. In order to monitor and control energy generation and consumption, the Arduino Nano microcontroller integrates a DC voltage sensor. Excess energy is stored in an 11.1V lithium-ion battery pack, guaranteeing a steady power source even during times of low generation. A DC to AC converter box also makes it possible to power common electronic equipment. This dual energy system promotes sustainability and improves digital connectivity while addressing the issues of energy access in remote regions.
