ANALISIS PENERAPAN GMP PADA PRODUKSI IKAN TERI NASI (Stolepherus sp.) DI PT. MARINAL INDOPRIMA, PAMEKASAN

Anchovy (Stolepherus sp.) is a main export commodity in the Indonesian fisheries sector. The processing of anchovy (Stolepherus sp.) Still uses a lot of manual methods so as to rule out product safety. GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is a guideline to ensure the products produced are safe and suitable for consumption, these guidelines can be applied at PT. Marinal Indoprima, Pamekasan as a producer that produces packaged anchovy (Stolepherus sp.) And is engaged in exports. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of application of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice and quality control based on Peraturan Menteri Perindustrian Republik Indonesia Nomor: 75/M-Ind/Per/7/2010. The method used is interview, observation and documentation and then make a table to be informed with Peraturan Menteri Perindustrian Republik Indonesia Nomor: 75/M-Ind/Per/7/2010 in accordance with the conditions in PT Marinal Indoprima, Pamekasan The results showed that the application of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) was still not applied due to several variables such as the layout of facilities, walls in the production room, as well as lack of discipline regarding cleanliness and sanitation.
