Automated Toilet Cleaning System
India faces significant population concerns, including rapid growth, strain on resources, and challenges in healthcare, education, and employment due to its large population. Unhygienic restrooms in public places pose significant problems for people, leading to discomfort and potential health hazards. To overcome these concerns this project deals with the implementation of automation for cleaning toilets in public places like trains and bus stands which helps to reduce the time and effort required for manual cleaning, maintenance staff can focus on other important tasks. The system employs an Arduino Uno microcontroller as the central processing unit which automates the cleaning functionality by processing the information from the ultrasonic sensor which detects the obstacle and drive the mechanical systems like DC motors, DC water pump and screw rods. This intelligent amalgamation of electronic components and automation techniques creates an adaptable, efficient, and precise restroom cleaning solution. By showcasing the practical application of advanced technology, this system exemplifies how automation can significantly elevate hygiene and sanitation standards in public facilities, ensuring a cleaner and safer environment for users.
