The Effect of Interactive Online Learning on Students’ Academic Performance
As of January 2024, there were 221.56 million internet users in Indonesia. This number has grown from the previous year. It is predicted to continue in the future, particularly considering the ease of internet access and the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on behavioral changes. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived interaction, learning style, social influence, culture, facilitating conditions, and social influences that affect learning effectiveness, engagement, motivation, and satisfaction, directly impacting learning performance. Purposive sampling was used to distribute online surveys via social media platforms, utilizing Google Forms, to collect data in July 2024. The target respondents for this study were college students who have used the IOL platform. Afterwards, the SEM-PLS technique was applied to the data to validate the proposed framework. Twenty-four hypotheses were generated, seventeen of which were accepted and seven rejected.
