Machine learning approaches in mining genetic and transcriptomic data for parkinson’s disease

Hence, very distant, high-throughput approaches, which have generated a plethora of genomic and transcriptome data from Parkinson PD patients, have otherwise failed to take critical steps toward fundamental coordinates analysis or interpretation. At that time, depending on high-level computational methodologies, these can then extract the intelligent information and complex patterns from the information provided or from the data. It is therefore applied afterward to draw the deeper conclusion of Parkinson's disease (PD) from the research and interpretation of the data that is quite highly convoluted in terms of its genetics and transcriptomes. Thus, to proceed further in the research on findings for Parkinson's disease, a few machine learning models were developed using genotype data of patients with or in combination with additional data of the patients, which may include clinical, neuroimaging, and others. It had also been applied toward identification of Parkinson's disease (PD) biomarkers using the transcriptomic data, that is, the gene expression profile data, from microarrays. Indeed, some latency wrinkled-patternging signals that underline disease and pathogenesis have been showcased by recent studies in the interpretation of latent patterns in genomic or transcriptome data. Moving on to the remaining machine-learning challenges, they might help us get closer to a more accurate diagnosis, prediction, and course of treatment for Parkinson's disease. The recent growth of genomics and transcriptomics is bound to underscore the hidden molecular insights into the fundamental mechanisms of Parkinson's disease (PD) — a complex degenerative disease that is probably caused by multiple factors, genetic and environmental ones.
