Developing a Blockchain-Based Decentralized Application for Real Estate Transactions
In this research, an attempt is made to develop a blockchain-based decentralized application that is used to enable the processing of real estate transactions. This paper explores the issues with the current real estate systems, such as long transaction times, high costs, and the potential for fraud. Thus, the proposed DApp has the potential to increase the efficiency of transactions and minimize the role of intermediaries by using blockchain and smart contracts. The research provides a detailed procedure to create the DApp in addition to the necessary datasets and software development methods to be employed. The analysis shows that mobile money reduces transaction time and costs while minimizing fraud risk compared to conventional methods. Satisfaction surveys are indicative of positive results concerning the use of the Blockchain-based system. The study reveals that the use of blockchain technology in real estate business is likely to change the existing system while making it easier, secure and efficient. The analysis of the proposed DApp and the results of its implementation proved that the use of blockchain is feasible and may bring positive outcomes to the real estate industry.
