„Koniec świata jest już”. O strukturze, afektach i bohaterach prozy Mirosława Nahacza w perspektywach literaturoznawczej i psychodynamicznej

This article is an attempt at a monographic and biographical reading of Mirosław Nahacz’s prose. The literary-critical framework includes a psychodynamic interpretation based on the analysis of the structure, forms, and language of the prose studied, as well as the affective states of the characters created by Nahacz. The hypotheses and conclusions about the characters and the narrative are placed in parallel contexts: the first is humanistic research on the uncanny (Fisher), and the second is the knowledge and diagnoses of psychodynamic psychiatry (Gabbard). The interpretation contained in the article is critical of attempts to construct a legend about the life and work of the late writer. Keywords: Mirosław Nahacz, contemporary Polish prose, psychodynamics, affects, literary forms
