Prejudices in different project management approaches
The importance and effects of prejudices in project management are examined in this research, with particular attention to how they manifest in classic, agile, and hybrid project management approaches. Prejudices are an unavoidable part of project management and have a significant impact on decisionmaking procedures, project management effectiveness, and final project results. By examining certain prejudices in chosen methodologies, the study draws attention to important issues that project managers encounter. In order to detect and overcome these prejudices and eventually increase the efficacy and efficiency of project management, it is important to stress the value of cultivating critical thinking. A combination of technical know-how and an awareness of human dynamics is necessary for successful project management, which improves overall business results.
