Sustainable Resilience in IOT Supplier Selection: An Integrated BWM and Trust Approach

The most decisive issue about the supply chain management is the supplier selection process. Furthermore, to save the environment, companies have to take protection issues of nature and financial aspects together since ecological issues are becoming so serious problems. Additionally, it is clear that people have high concern about resilience since negative impacts of disruption on firms' supply chains are disastrous. To cope with durable and long-term risk, this study developed an integrated model of the robust IoT procurement process based on the improved version of Multi-Criteria Decision-Making procedure and n the spherical fuzzy environment. The first category of criteria was used in supplier selection processes according to the proposed model. Then, the SFS-Best-Worst Method was used to weigh them to reduce ambiguity of performance in two way selections. The following step was to implement SFS-mulTi-noRmalization multidistance analysis, which includes multi-normalization method to decrease disfavor of subjective data through the normalization, to estimate and rank the 14 determined IoT suppliers. The obtained results of this study revealed that, the separate criteria for risk-taking and pollution avoiding are ranked as the best top and seconds, respectively.
