Integrated Murajaah Practice and Prospective Recital Assessment Model

Murajaah is a cognitive learning process essential for developing and maintaining high-quality Quranic memorization among huffaz. However, many students struggle to retain their memorization over extended periods, which can weaken their memorization skills. To address this issue, this paper aims to achieve two key objectives: establishing the Integrated Murajaah Practice (IMP) framework and introducing the Murajaah Recital Correction (MRC) model. The paper explores the synergistic relationship between murajaah and reflective thinking, emphasizing their potential to enhance the learning process. The alignment of knowledge management with self-reflective thinking fosters structured repetition, deep understanding, and long-term retention, promoting continuous self-evaluation and improvement among huffaz. The proposed IMP framework combines traditional murajaah practices with structured repetition, reflective thinking, and knowledge management, creating a comprehensive approach to Quranic retention that aims to improve memorization accuracy, reduce errors, and promote consistent retention of Quranic verses. Additionally, the innovative MRC model focuses on real-time assessment and feedback, leveraging advanced technologies to create an interactive and adaptive learning environment that offers personalized learning experiences for huffaz. This approach enhances the murajaah learning process by providing immediate corrective feedback and tailoring practice to individual needs, ultimately leading to more efficient and effective Quranic memorization. The study also incorporates a proposed algorithm for murajaah practice to enhance mastery, aiming to optimize long-term retention. By integrating these innovative strategies, the research contributes significantly to the advancement of Quranic education and supports huffaz in achieving sustained memorization.
